Indradeb Pal, Vice President - Business Excellence, Birlasoft comes with 21 years’ cross-functional, quality, delivery and consulting experience. He brings in rich experience as a change agent in transforming organizations through new processes, business transformations, tool(s) implementations which includes core business processes as well as support/ administrative functions.
Indradeb joins us from PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd, where he was the Head Quality Management Group – Performance Improvement for India business unit. Prior to this he has worked in leadership capacities at Keane, General Electric, Hewlett Packard & Texas Instruments and in Process & Management Consulting roles at Quality Assurance Institute.
He has been a Six Sigma DFSS Master Black Belt at GE, one of the first CSQA in India, is an SME in CMMI, an ITIL Foundation Expert and I-TRIZ practitioner. He has been in the capacity of Master Trainer in prior organizations for Training in Six Sigma, Project Management and various Software Engineering courses.
Indradeb is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta (Senior Management Program – SMP) and Indian Institute Technology -Kharagpur (Computer Science B.Tech & M.Tech).
