Education Qualification: Bachelor in computer science or Master in Computer science or equivalent.
Skill/Experience Requirements and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
 |
Extensive hands-on production support in a Global Organization. |
 |
Support BASIS components - change control, ccms, printing, transport, and patching. |
 |
Strong experience in dual stack (ABAP/Java) and BI 7.0 administration. |
 |
Implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring,tuning, and systems configuration, design and implementation |
 |
Provide high degree of engineering and support for SAP systems |
 |
Foster and maintain integrity with functional teams (FI/CO, SD, MM) |
 |
Maintain single sign-on (SSO) solution for portal and backend (R/3 and BI) systems |
 |
Respond to user requests and inquiries based on Service Center support system |
 |
Ensure that all objects promoted through SAP's CTS are consistent and executable |
 |
Help establish SOPs to ensure high availability of SAP environments |
 |
Perform and automate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for all SAP n environments |
 |
Facilitate and maintain interfaces between SAP and legacy applications |
 |
Provide and participate in 24x7 on-call support |
