Job Description	Manage multiple PeopleSoft and impacted applications’ App servers and web servers Create / Manage SQL Server databases Create / Manage App servers, Web servers for PeopleSoft applications Prioritize, allocate and coordinate with offshore team Attend meetings with IT management, Business and support group Implement industry best practices to manage complex environment Manage migrations to various environments using STAT tool Support databases of Taxware, Hyperion and ImageNow Performance Tuning Play a Coach cum player role in a team Provide support during weekends and extended evening hours (on-call)
MUST have	6+ years of PeopleSoft Administrator/DBA experience (not total IT) SQL Server 2005 certified DBA Oracle (PeopleSoft) certified Administrator Prior experience of managing multiple PeopleSoft applications as a lead administrator Prior experience of Onsite-Offshore coordination Hands-on Admin and DBA experience Understanding of PeopleSoft security, Trees, Integration Broker Worked on PeopleTools 8.49
Desirable	ITIL support practices Web Services deployment (Fusion Middleware)
