Birlasoft (India) Ltd, IT arm of the $ 1.7-billion C K Birla
Group, and Rubik Solutions, a leading IT and Service Management
Solution provider in the Nordic countries and Benelux, have
entered into an agreement to expand their respective business
opportunities.
Rubik and Birlasoft will offer their proven expertise in IT
Service Management solutions based on the HP BTO software portfolio
to customers in the Nordic and Benelux region. The duo will
promote joint services within several areas of HP’s portfolio
especially within Project and Portfolio Management and Service
Management where Rubik and Birlasoft combined have world class
knowledge. Rubik will also source Birlasoft’s expertise
when supporting their global customers and will have the capability
to deliver support around the clock.

Global Delivery Model which we will implement together with
Birlasoft. With a Global Delivery Model, Rubik will attain the
capability to leverage local competence and knowledge of our
own organization in the Nordics and Benelux and at the same

Birlasoft will actively promote Rubik’s software Information
Consolidation Manager (ICM) to its customer base and make ICM
part of its services offering, thus opening up a global market
opportunity for Rubik.
